My Google AIP say pr3 as well... I trust Google more then those scripts posted before. Its a domain parking service and there is no way in hell that can be pr6 on a legit basis. I don't want to dig deeper in this case, but I'm sure a look in the webarchive.org will show something interesting.
Bottom line is, its not PR6 - end of discussion
