This atkins diet rocks, i just ate a whole fucking turkey...& my doctor assures me i'll lose weight no matter what,...i can eat all the fucking meat i want.
I've been on it for like 3 days now, i can't take a decent shit anymore, but fuck...if i can lose weight eating meat im there!
Anyone else try this shit?
I'm not sure of all the "Atkins Diet" rules (other than no carbs at all)
So if you know any tips, or any idea's for snacks i'd sure appreciate it
