It makes perfect sense. Why would we allow anyone with interests hostile to us into space? It's the same as keeping anyone who is a threat to us out of American waters. Fuck letting anyone that is a threat to us to have an orbit over our country.
Granted, Bush is a retard and I don't agree with him at all. I just think the whole anti-bush agenda is making people take that article the wrong way.
