Well, I've shagged most of my exes after the break up, but it is probably some immature way of proving to myself I am still able or in control. The two exes i got back together with didn't work out... If you had a bad breakup you normally find to much has been said and done and then there is what you and her have been up to in the mean time....

If it is just to catch up over coffe then I don't see why not... If she was in your life for that long there is no need to exclude her from your life now. Just probably best to be honest and up front abot everything.
