The passage you're talking about is taken from click cash. Every sponsor potentially has a different webmaster program, so those interested should go read the webmaster program for that sponsor. Some stop the downline after one level, for others it goes on. For those who carry it beyond the first level, all it means is that the 5% or 10% is paid on the earnings of the webmaster at the level below, which may include income from his downline recruits.

It's a subtle difference, as the income from lower levels quickly diminishes, but if the number of webmasters at lower levels is big enough, then it would make a difference.

I'm still confused by how anyone is "giving up a cut off their money" ( or "giving up a a cut OF their money" ), so further enlightenment in simple terms would help us all. And who exactly is taking this "cut".
