Spyware will eventuall steal all sales, no one will advertise because they lose money doing it. No one will buy adds, all the sites that sell traffic will colapse, including google, who can afford to pay for ads when you dont get any sales. So with no one advertising, the spyware will go under because there will be no one to steal sales from. Even the SE's will go under because no one making money from their ads, they wont make any money. The internet will implode.
