Hey, I got a buddy who sent me on a mission to figure out what could be improved in youtube. He works for them and apparently he is going to some conference next week, and he wants ammo.

I fukin love youtube, so I don't really know what to tell him... What do you guys think sucks about it??? Tell me please!
