I don't think regular Brazilians can be classified as ruthless, go there and you will see that most will be happy to give you the shirt off their back!
Come to think of it I met my fair share of ruthless girls in BC. 
Surrey and Abbotsford come to mind.
Costa Rica even has some hardcore girls, I'm sure they wouldnt try and rob you blind if they had half the chance.., |
The most beautiful women in the World come from Brazil and Colombia, hands down. My Portugese is dreadful, but I'm learning slow. The major problem is I'm still learning Spanish, and I get over-whelmed by two new languages at one time. My BJJ instructor spreaks Portugese (He's Brazilian) and a little Spanish. I speak English and a little Spanish, but somehow we make it work.
The most dangerous girls, IMHO, are Colombian, but come on, who doesn't want Shakira?
