I got fuckin drunk last night and I woke up this morning with hemorrhoids. Fuckers hurt and they are the size of apples. Anyone have a home cure? I tried Preparation H and the shit doesn't work. I took a sitz bath and that doesn't fucking work either. Other than slicing the things open with a razor blade what should I do?
