These Cams Sponsors are good to me.

Instead of looking at conversion ratio, perhaps look at $ per unique click. With some paying out as high as $105 for a $30 sale, conversions can look bad at first but actually be bringing you a lot of value per click, higher than some paysites with "good ratios."
