this thread reflects poorly on all parties concerned. though based on what you have said - and more importantly what you have not said - there's only one conclusion people can come to.
tender - you are embarrassingly disorganized by anyone's standards and you'll continue having problems in business if you don't do something about that.
Zuzana Designs - however tender may have irritated or inconvenienced you, you have no right to not pay him and unless you're willing to answer the following questions, and honor your responses to them, you are simply a thief.
do you owe tender money or not?
if so, how much do you owe him?
do you intend to pay tender?
if so, when and by what means do you intend to pay?
