for the last few months, i have had a horrid time falling asleep. i'll take whatever i can get!
i started taking ambien on certain nights and it has started to help a bit (didn't help at all in the beginning). if i take an ambien and get 7 to 8 hours of sleep i'm good to go the next morning! if i sleep naturally without an ambien, i can go either way. some days i can get 5 hours of sleep and be okay and some days i need like 10 hours to function.

that randomness was also quite a nuisance.. glad the ambien has helped produce more constant results.
