If you think this is only about cookie tracking, you clearly haven't been doing much reading. The cookie issue only becomes relevant at all if the surfer doesn't buy from anyone during the current visit but does later: and then it is only an issue if Zango showed the same sponsor as you were working with
The more important issue is that because your surfers see other sites before the ones you intend them to see, your sales are going to be stolen, no matter what tracking method is used. Add to that the further impact (if you are running a clean site in particular and accepting lower payments for doing so) of additional consoles on your visitors. If only a single extra site appears, that is in effect one more console. There is nothing to prevent that window spawning more consoles, when your visitors attempt to close it. That has been reported as happening.
