How much maintenance is required after a year for the following type of pseudo-TGP?

The plan:
- Use TGP Rotator
- FHGs and maybe sponsors' free content
- Turbo Traffic Trader

- Should get a batch of new content daily. FHGs with TGP Rotator should be able to take care of that without me doing anything, right?

- Sometimes I'll change the specially advertised programs.

Niched gallery list tables:
- Month | Day | text description | sample thumb from the gallery
- Archives
Is that updateable by FHGs with TGP Rotator without me doing anything? If not, what would I have to do myself?
