Cock rings and / or viagra can quite easily cause it. This is why I would never use anything to create an erection. Cock rings, for instance, can cause it if you leave it on longer than 30 minutes. You need to seek medical advice after 4 hours of prolongued erection, whereupon they insert a needle into the side of the penis, and literally drain the blood. If you dont seek immediate medical help, it can destroy your ability to ever become erect again.
