I just had a 512mb Ultra II Sandisk CF card die, I contacted them to get it replaced (after all they have a 'lifetime limited warranty') and two weeks later they have yet to replace it. They keep making me go through ridiculous hoops... just recently they made me photograph/scan in the card + box, and after that they wanted the fucking receipt scanned (thank god I'm very anal when it comes to receipts). Sandisk makes quality cards, I can't say the same for their support staff.
