3k is a very small amount I must say...
what you need to do is feed your tgp over 14 days or so while you are building trades. maybe 60% to galleries and 40% to content. I myself have better luck with going 50/50.
with 50/50 you should be able to build the tgp to an initial 20-50k/day and then you just have to try and keep it in that area when you take the feed away
That's the hard part
