I am looking for 2 mainstream wordpress themes/designs based around the topic I provide. I am not someone who likes a lot of graphics - so clean, text based work is preferred.

The designs would need to:

- Be clean, professional looking and contain only a few graphics (Table corners, small title graphic, etc). Color schemes/matching is a plus.
- Include a custom css stylesheet with each blog to faciliate editing on my part.
- Adhere to some basic layout requirements.
- Be emailed to me in a zip file with any additional directions beyond installing a wordpress theme. You will not have access to my blogs.

I would also like them to be completed ASAP. The sooner, the better.
