Did you ask him if you were fat? Or did he just volunteer the info?

A doormans job is to be polite and open door. Not offer comments on people's weights, whether you are fat or not is irrelevant. He was unprofessional. You should report him to management. If someone was making little comments about me I sure would. I am not fat though, but if an employee was making any snide remarks about me when I am a CUSTOMER I would be upset.

Their job is to service you, not to be rude. He shouldn't be saying stuff like that when he's on the job getting paid. It's very unprofessional and unacceptable. File a complaint.
