Well, I never said it was right. Of course killing people and rioting is wrong. I NEVER said it was right, I never once defended it. However, since you mentioned it I would be just as wrong if it was done by the Chritian portion of Nigeria as if it is done by the Muslim portion.

I said it was stupid to hold this thing in a place known to object to such things. For example, if you go know that a country is anti-american and you are in danger you are hardly going to go running down the street yelling 'hey look at me I am American'. It was irresponsible for the pagent to put its contestants in that position.

Also, in a large portion of the world this story about it being held in Nigeria has been followed since it was announced it was being staged there. So, I was reacting more to the invetable turn out of the story. See, I care about the women being stoned to death and I think it was WRONG for the pagent to pretty much endorse such practices by taking their women there and pumping money into the gov't that will carry out the sentence.

So, I was not defending the rioters in anyway, more like slamming the hell out of Miss World't money grubbing, no moral stance, suprised that what the whole world told then would happen happened, idiot owners.

P.S. it is being pulled out of there and being staged in London, which will be loads of fun.
