You can do it without a program this way--

start>>
Search>>
Pictures, Music, or Video>>
Check the box-- Pictures and Photos>>
Use Advanced>>
then select your top folder to search and click 'Search' and it will display all image files in that folder and subs

edit--
of course then you -- ctrl+a and hit delete
