I've strugggled with this dilemma most of my life as I've opted to live my life with honesty and integrity accompishing all I have with hard work and earning it. I've been around a lot of people that have gained much more but have done so through lying, cheating, deception, illegal means and the destruction of others.

To the unknowing that only see the results, these people seem like winners but are they really? Is their life better than those that live a " mediorce " life? I always hated going out for a drink with my friends after a hard day of honest work and hearing them talk about how good somebody is doing with their new business and the nice car they just bought and how successful they had become. What they didn't know, but I did was that person was really a coke dealer and every thing he achieved was from dealing drugs. Take away the drug dealing and the best that person could achieve is a job at a fast food restaurant.

Nat " King " Cole was once asked how he would like to be remembered and he said " as someone who achieved all he did in life without stepping on someone to do it ".

If that leads to a mediorce life so be it. As for the others, they're just fooling themselves.
