They didn't like it when Bush referred to them as a member of "the axis of evil", they know full well that there is a worldwide ban on nuclear testing, yet here they are proving Bush right with every move they make.

Sort of negates the argument of "The US nas nukes, Britain & France have nukes, why can't they?".... THIS is why. Because shit-hole countries like N Korea and Iraq do stupid stupid things with them, like ignore UN-sanctioned bans on testing etc.

We need less nukes in the world, not more.
