I don't recall him asking you to suspend his account... pretty unprofessional for you to do that without even consulting him about it first.
ps. This is a dumb thread to start with, theres nothing wrong with the logo... no need to slander a company because some bitch at the bank gave you a hard time. Chances are you must be new with that bank or for some reason they don't trust you.
