You are assuming Bush uses his brains. Didn't Bush goof up on WMDs in Iraq? Didn't he underestimate the insurgency in Iraq? Didn't he fuck up by invading Iraq BEFORE Afghanistan was close to being a done deal and possibly missed a chance to get Ossama because we should have had more troops in Afghanistan, but couldn't becuase of Iraq? Didn't Bush fuck up by invading the ONLY member of the "axis of evil" that didn't actualy have WMDs thus giving time to the other 2 to develop theirs even further?
Wouldn't surprise me if Bush thinks he can take care of Iran too. Just look at this map of iran and look at which countries are just to the east and west of Iran. Don't we already have troops in those places? Iran invasion was probaly planed 3 years ago. Just took longer to impliment because the "mission" took longer to get "accomplished".
