Hi I know it's annoying but unfortunatley currently we cannot change it cos we wanted to leave this option for webmasters that want to work directly with CCbill.
Those who don't want to fill this form manually can only register with CCbill and within 24 hours I will add all adverts that only did Step 1 and fill out these forms by myself.
