WTF is that. The integration was included, you added 2 more for FREE because you could not get the job done with Leon. That was your responsability, and since it was taking FOREVER to get this done, you offered 2 more free integrations. Thank you. Now, start the work for god's sake! Giving away is worthless if you don't do the job!
Also, I never said I would look out for tech/designer to manage smarty integrations. AWW is in charge of those since day one. When you will complete your jobs, I might pay for more integrations... but for now just complete your current tasks!

Now regarding this exact case. The infos on this next FREE (!!!) site are being awaited during whole September. On 20th I had to leave due to health issues and was back on 7th Oct. Our support is operating fine on any urgent technical inquiries. So far I can see we received none during the last 4 months because the system is operating very well and does not require any maintenance. All custom projects I do manage myself, because there are very few ones which are not yet totally closed (due to those integrations).
