Things like that happen all over the place. But funny, I have never EVER seen it happen in my neighborhood. That would be the neighborhood where peopel DO NOT hang out in front of a store, and the homes are worth more than 10k.
So I dont think that the statment was to off about gassing the fuckers, and stopping them from breeding, as they TRULY will never contribute anything but stupidity to this world. If they want to act like animals, then treat them that way. And when an animal becomes rabid, and agressive, we destroy them.
