Little money to train, poor pay, old equipment, not enough equipment, little ammo to practice with, little r&d into new methods and technology. You can't tell me that doesn't affect the capabilities of every man.
I don't question the heart of the guys. But let's face it they spend more time in sexual harassment training than they do in live-ammo training.
That's the way it is. We Canadians are, for all intents and purposes, defenseless. Our military is strictly for show - literally, and without exageration.
