I have 2 Epass business accounts and find Epass to be 100% professional. I put a lot more then $4k through those accounts weekly and sometimes daily....no problems.
Had a couple of people last week give me the wrong Epass accounts to send money to. A phone call to the Epass support and money recovered and no problems.
Not saying Epass is perfect and shit doesnt happen but I find them easier to deal with than Wells Fargo and more responsive than Citibank.
If it was me that lost the money I would be pissed and seeking answers. The other people jumping on the bandwagon and turning a fuckup into an emotional crusade intriques me....why?
