Jesus was saying that when you lust for someone you already broke a commandment. He is not saying "therefore DONT". In fact ultimately, he died for our sins, including that one.

The bottom line in christianity is that we are ALL sinners, and the judgement is merely a reckoning of degrees. To what degree did you sin etc.

A good person knows if they're a good person. A bad person knows they're bad. It's not that difficult, and nothing is a get out of jail free, or go to jail immediately card. What profession you're in doesnt matter. How you conduct yourself does.
