Czarina is always around and she's really prompt. The other guy comes and goes it seems. I've used them in the past and if it weren't for Czarina, I wouldn't use them again.
I had to email the guy a couple times to get my tgp submissions going. I don't know if he just forgets about deals he makes or what?
