yeah, 100% true
unfortunately these days, that is all that is left...almost every religion has skewed every scripture and teaching in their favor, so there is nothing pure left anymore
that is why I just live my life with one single rule...
don't intentionally hurt.
and while I may be negative at times, I usually try to stick to not hurting other people or living things
