Why not cut through all the BS machines and tricks and just join a gym or start kickboxing or just start doing some cardio heavy sport? Chances are you'll grow to like it and loose weight at the same time.

Using machines and going on Diets is fine for a short term solution, but you will eventually get fed up, stop and gain your weight back.

Adopt a healthy lifestyle and loosing weight will be a breeze
