I read the other thread. Anyone keeping 4k in an epass account needs to have their heads checked. If you have access to only 1k per day, your account should never exceed about twice that. Go to the ATM, withdraw the cash, pile it under your matress, whatever.... but leaving cash online anywhere (even paypal) is an invitation to problem.
