Wow, they've developed 3 Gig compact flash cards. That means you could store almost 3,000 pics at 1600 x 1200 (300dpi) on one card now and 15,000 pics at 640 x 480. That is mind blowing.

Only thing is every digital camera except Canon's EOS 1D uses a FAT 16 file system which limits the max memory to 2 GB's. Even at 2 GB's that is fantastic storage capability.
