Also had a "hamburger" in a remote village in Guatemala...
About six slices of stale white bread with two patties of some unspecified animal, lettuce, beans, "cheese", and then some PINK, granulated ketchup and some other other shit...I still don't know (or want to know) what "crema" is.
More life a piece of conceptual art based on a rumor of what a hamburger is supposed to be...not edible.
Had tons of other great food though in the cities. It just can get strange in the boonies...
