1. You have the funding and means.
2. You have secured a suitable location and all permits and red tape has been cleared.
3. No one else has yet opened your franchise in your area.

I think my top three would be, in this order:

1. ACE Cash Express (Payday Loans and Check Cashing)
2. CiCis Pizza (Low Cost Pizza Buffet)
3. Value Place Hotel (Extended Stay Hotel, Rooms Rent by the Week)
