According to "Austin-American Statesman", in Texas House Bill 97 bans protests or other disruptive behavior at funeral and burial services for Texas military men and women.
The new law, passed earlier this year, makes it a Class B misdemeanor to protest within 500 feet of the site of a funeral service from one hour before a site is used for a service to one hour after the service.
The group plans to picket from 1:15 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
