Something struck me as funny here. Take a look at the pic of the real-doll on all fours... Someone mentioned "plastic". Now, think for a second about what most porn models look like these days (to say nothing of what they get implanted). Apparently, a lot of guys are perfectly happy with an artificial, plastic sex object. Why not take it to the natural extreme?
