I worked in the car industry for 10 yrs in NY, it was my full time job while working weekends at the titty bars .The F&I guy was the biggest slime of them all and it was expected. Talking about Donny finding Peace,he aint gonna find it working 60-70 hours a week, getting people into cars you know they cant afford,charging the weak interest rates that border on criminal. Getting pay plans changed like the wind. Also I highly doubt your hired from just a phone call unless its someone you know, it doesnt work that way ,its too important of a position in the dealership.
