the Supreme Court of the United States is not just a group of guys hanging out in an internet cafe, playing Halo 2. Believe it or not, they are extremely selective about the cases they hear, they are overwhelmed with people trying to have their cases heard and refusing to hear a case isn't an indication of anything.
They simply said they wouldn't hear they case in the highest court of the country.... and being that you are the genius, brilliant GFY legal correspondent and accomplished attorney that you are, i am sure you have no problems at all running down the huge list of what those possible reasons, what thier workload is and what the criteria is that a case must meet for them to even consider it.
in fact, you are so smart you can probably tell us the chance that any particular case (including ones far more important than dildos in texas) might stand. my recollection is that the chance is pretty remote.
so according to your idiotic version of "logic", they condone every single law or case put before them that they refuse to hear.
