You need to have a cron job.
for instance
your example...
0 1 *** /home/public_html/cgi-bin/tgp/cron.cgi --build-with-new - happens at 1 am
1 1 *** /home/public_html/cgi-bin/tgp/cron.cgi --build - happens at 1:01 am time between builds
This would build with new galleries then build all. Easy if you have cPanel.
