Online gambling is used to fund terrorism. That was their claim. The 9/11 Commission said no such thing.
This same law did not pass on it's own, so they snuck it into something they knew the rest of congress would vote for. This is not how the system was designed to function by it's creators. This is the work of rogue members of Congress that have disgraced themselves so badly that they should resign immediately. Abuse of power.
Clearly, Americans love their online gambling. It is the duty of our government to do as we wish. Big Nanny enacted this prohibition against our will.
