Hate to sound like an ass, but 40,000 of em die a day from famine, if she lives she'll probably have 20 kids and half of those will die and the rest will live and have 20 kids and half of them will die and the rest will live and have 20 kids and so on and so forth. The more you save the more the muliply so why bother.
I know flame away i'm sure you'll hate those statements but i'm a realist nothing more, I just feel Africa is so fucked its not worth worrying about. It will always be that way, unless you sterilize 90% of the population. and get them back to normal population numbers.
Look at South Africa, it had the highest quality of living in the entire world in the 70's and now the place is a discusting sesspit filled with black gangs going around GANG RAPING WOMAN & CHILDREN AS YOUNG AS 8. its fucking sick.
