I submitted to Greenguy and they didn't say exactly what was wrong but they said "site structure violation". I can't see what's wrong in IE.

As pointed out above, the site is hardly a free site. Building a free site you shouldnīt waste your domain for one freesite. Make directories like:
www.yourdomain.com/xxx/freesite1/index.html and so on. This way you can pu as many freesites up as you want.
