What's the problem? You've been defrauded. Call him and make him explain himself. Tell him he screwed up your car and that he should fix it. If you have such a lot of cars this guy is pissing on his own feet if he loses you as a customer because of shit like that. You can tell him that, too, if he becomes bitchy. You are right.
