What were your dogs doing while these jokers were busting up shit in your garage?? My dog goes into this freaky alert mode whenever anyone walks onto the property. No way could someone bust car windows out back without him knowing about it.
some suggestions would be:
car alarm.
booby-trap the garage for next time.
and if you know who did this, hunt them down and kill them.
