So, in terms of defintion - yes. Whoring yourself out sexually over webcam is certainly slovenly and dissolute behavior. By definition, they're also a prostitute.
With that said, I'd like to make it clear I have nothing against cam girls. Nore do I think what they do is wrong. If I did, I'd be in the wrong industry.
