price isn't so much due to traffic, is due to the income.
Traffic is low, slightly under 100 uniques per day with 62 uniques being the lowest day this month & 99 being the highest.. this month so far, 2127 Unique Visits , 4059 Page Views
The domain was first registered in Jan, 2002 I believe. It comes up in the archive.org as of jan, 02 but not sure of prior to this date.. I picked it up of an expiration drop list this past may.
As far as income, I consistently average $120 - $150 per month from MoneyTree with PPS per free join & this month from this site made 2 sales with dating gold as well as one from Interclimax.. for the current period 9/16 to 9/30 with AWE sent 188 raw, 118 unique with no sales, however, last sales I did with AWE from this site netted $336 for one period, & was 4months back..& made an additional $190 the month after & haven't made any AWE sales since (3 months now).. Was making at least 1 PussyCash sale per month, but haven't seen any sales from this domain to them since late July.
